How to Travel With Us
Requirements to Travel With Us
To ensure a smooth and successful pilgrimage, every intending pilgrim must provide the following documents and meet the conditions listed below:
Required Documents
- Photocopy of the Data Page of intending pilgrim’s valid e-Passport.
- Photocopy of Payment receipt.
- Two Recent Passport Photographs (White Background)
- Colored Photocopy of the data page of guarantor’s valid e-passport.
- Recommendation from Pastor.
- Medical Certificate of Fitness from an NHIS Government approved Hospital.
- Recommendation letter from your pastor.
- Evidence of employment/occupation.
- Letter of Consent from spouse.
- Letter of consent from parent/guardian (Children/Youths not travelling with their parents)
- Use residential address (not P.O Box)
Note: NCPC’s decision on candidate’s suitability is final. Be informed that the accuracy of any statement made on this application shall be confirmed.
Age Requirement
The minimum age for pilgrims traveling with us is 40 years and above. Married couples below this age threshold may be considered on a case-by-case basis under special consideration.
Guarantor Requirement
The Guarantor should be any of the under listed:
- High Court Judegs and Military Officers not less than the rank of colonel or equivalent in any of the services (Navy, Air Force, Army and Police).
- Civil Servants/Public Servants of not less than GL. 13.
- Retired Officers within the stated ranks and grades above.
- Attach 2 colored passport photographs and the data page of the guarantor’s international passport.
What Does the Trip Cost Cover?
Our comprehensive pilgrimage package fee of N2,000,000 (Two Million Naira) per pilgrim covers the following:
- Round-trip international airfare (Nigeria to Israel/Jordan and back)
- Airport transfers in Nigeria and in the Holy Land
- 5-star hotel accommodation throughout the duration of the trip
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for the entire trip
- Ground transportation within Israel and Jordan (air-conditioned coaches)
- Professional local guide services
- Entry fees to all scheduled holy sites and attractions
- Tour coordination and on-ground support from our local team
Note: The trip cost does not cover personal shopping, optional excursions not included in the itinerary, laundry services, or travel insurance (strongly recommended). Personal expenses and tips for guides are at the pilgrim’s discretion.
Trip Duration
Each pilgrimage trip is 9 to 10 days, carefully structured to allow adequate time at each holy site without rushing.
Payment Plans
We offer two payment options:
- Full Payment (Preferred): Full payment upfront is strongly encouraged to secure your slot. Slots fill up quickly and payment in full guarantees your place on the trip.
- Installment Plan: If full payment is not immediately possible, a 2-installment payment plan is available. However, the full balance must be settled at least one week before the scheduled travel date. Failure to meet this deadline may result in forfeiture of your slot.
